I'm Luke. A big thinker, a photographer & a pretty good product designer. I craft experiences & design frameworks to help teams build complex systems that scale.

In 2023 I joined the growing Wisetech Global team, where I lead product design initiatives in the warehousing & facilities portfolio, focusing mostly on the development of mobile interfaces & operational dashboard frameworks. In 2026 I've been supporting the transition to an AI first design-to-engineering process across the business and conceptualising early AI user interaction patterns throughout our product offering.

Before that, I worked at Hivery where I lead design efforts in user research across Australia, USA & Japan to map our customers existing & desired operational workflow. I designed end-to-end experiences from user journeys to design systems & interactive handover wireframes for Hivery's flagship retail AI product; Curate.
